SingingFor Well-being

Up to an hour of a fun interactive session where participants discover the health benefits of singing in terms of breathing, vocal use and self-regulation. Participants have the opportunity to compose their own songs and become a choir in a very short period of time.

Singing is not only a joyful activity but also an effective tool for enhancing overall wellbeing. Through guided exercises, participants will learn how proper breathing techniques can improve lung capacity and promote relaxation. These skills are invaluable, especially during times of stress or anxiety, as they help calm the mind and body.

The “Singing for Wellbeing” session is an interactive experience designed to help participants discover the health benefits of singing. It focuses on essential skills like breathing techniques, vocal use, and self-regulation, all while having fun in a supportive environment.
